7/14(火)のチケットをお持ちの場合、7/15(水) のお受け取りはご利用頂けません。
必ず、ご自身がお持ちのチケットの日程でお申し込みをお願いいたします。
当日チケットが確認できない場合は、いかなる場合もお受け渡し出来ません。予めご了承ください。

●海外用のPlus member IDにてご登録のお客様におかれましては、ご利用いただくことができません。

●You can pick up your order within the designated pick-up time. You cannot pick up your order at a different time.

●Each performance and time slot will have limited capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.

However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.

●The reception slot has not yet been reserved at the time when you add the product to your cart or select the performance date and time for collection.
Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may be sold out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.

●Only the person who placed the order can pick up the item at the venue.
Please note that we may ask you to provide identification documents.

●Cancellations or changes to size, color, etc. cannot be made after an order has been placed.

●The image is for illustrative purposes only. The specifications and color of the actual product may differ slightly. Please note in advance.

●Please check the location of the pick-up counter at the venue on the day.
In order to avoid overcrowding, please be sure to come to the pick-up counter at the designated time.
(Please follow the instructions of the guide.)

If you do not have a smartphone or tablet, please provide your order number and Plus member ID when you pick up your order on the day.

●Please note that shopping bags etc. will not be provided.

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, it will be delivered at a later date to the address you provided when placing your order.

Please note that we do not guarantee that tickets will be shipped before another performance. We are unable to answer inquiries regarding individual delivery times.

●Shipping address: The "non-delivery/delivery address" registered when placing your order

If shipping is required, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately.
We will send the item to you cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please receive the item after making payment.
Shipping fee 880 yen + handling fee 550 yen [Total 1,430 yen]
*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee 550 yen [total 2,530 yen]

●Cancellations and delivery to another venue will not be accepted.

●If you place multiple orders, we cannot ship the items together as a single order even if they have not been received.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each order.

●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.
In that case, we will deliver the product at a later date to the address you registered when placing your order.
In this case, just as if you were not able to pick up the item at the venue, we will send the item to you by cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please pay and collect the item.
