以下ご条件の両方を満たしている方のみお申込みいただけますので、ご注意ください。

・あいみょんオフィシャルファンクラブ「AIM」にご登録されているお客様
・お申込公演当日のチケットをお持ちの方
※当日チケットが確認できない場合はお受渡しできませんので、必ずチケットをお持ちのうえで受取窓口までお越しください。

受付枠・商品数には限りがございますので予めご了承ください。

【会場受取 申し込み期間】

第1回受付　2025/5/2(金)、5/3(土)　兵庫・GLION ARENA KOBE：
2025/4/26(土)12:00～4/27(日)23:50

第2回受付　2025/5/10(土)、5/11(日)　神奈川・Kアリーナ横浜：
2025/5/4(日)20:00～5/5(月)23:50

第3回受付　2025/5/21(水)、5/22(木)　大阪・大阪城ホール：
2025/5/14(水)20:00～5/16(金)23:50

第4回受付　2025/5/28(水)、5/29(木)　埼玉・さいたまスーパーアリーナ：
2025/5/23(金)20:00～5/24(土)23:50

【購入方法】

Add the product you want to your cart and select the performance date and time you would like to receive it at the checkout screen.
お支払い方法はクレジットカード決済またはコンビニ決済(前払い)のみとなります。
コンビニ決済の場合には別途手数料が発生いたします。
コンビニ決済をご利用の場合には、『ご注文日』+『1日以内』が入金期限となります
Please note that if your ticket expires, it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

・Convenience store payment fee
Less than 29,999 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / 30,000 yen or more: 440 yen (tax included)

・Venue pick-up fee
A venue pickup fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
This will be added to the handling fee when you place your order.

※会場受取商品以外の商品と同時に購入いただくことはできません。

【受付に関して】

●ご利用いただくには、あいみょんオフィシャルファンクラブ「AIM」へのご登録が必要です。
すでにご登録されている方は、「AIM」にご登録のPlus member IDまたは会員番号でログインを行ってご注文手続きにお進みください。
Those who join now (and have already paid) can also purchase tickets.

●You can pick up your order within the designated pick-up time. You cannot pick up your order at a different time.
会場でのお受け取りは、ご注文されたご本人様のみに限らせていただきます。
受け取り時間終了間際は、混雑が予想されますため、お早めにお受け取りください。
If you are unable to collect your tickets at the specified time, we will assist you at a designated counter from the time reception closes until the start of the show.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time to deliver your order or we may not be able to deliver it to you.

●受取時間帯については先着順定員制となります。定員数に達した時間帯は選択することができません。
However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.

●The reception slot has not yet been reserved at the time when you add the product to your cart or select the performance date and time for collection.
Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may be sold out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.

●ご注文後のキャンセル・サイズ等の変更はできません。
万が一、公演が中止、延期になった場合もキャンセルは承っておりません。

●ご注文完了後、受け取り時間を変更することはできません。十分ご注意の上、受け取り時間をお選びください。

【商品受け取りに関して】

Please bring your MY QR code and the ticket for the performance you have applied for at the pick-up counter at the venue.

MY QR code displayed on the "MY PAGE" tab of the "Aimyon Official App"
*It will be displayed by logging in from the "TICKET" tab.
※当サイト「MYページ」内の「購入履歴詳細ページ」からも表示が可能です。

・お申込公演当日のチケット
Please note that if the ticket cannot be confirmed, the product cannot be delivered.

【会場で商品を受け取れなかった場合】

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, it will be delivered at a later date to the address you provided when placing your order.

●商品発送予定日:各公演日から1か月以内に順次発送。発送までにお時間がかかる場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。
※別公演までの発送はお約束しておりません。個別のお届け時期についてのお問い合わせにはお答え出来かねます。

●配送先:ご注文時に登録された「お届け先住所」

If shipping is required, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately.
We will send the item to you cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please receive the item after making payment.
Shipping fee 880 yen + handling fee 550 yen [Total 1,430 yen]
*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee 550 yen [total 2,530 yen]
