[How to purchase]

Add the product you want to your cart and select the performance date and time you would like to receive it at the checkout screen.
Payment methods are credit card or convenience store payment (prepayment) only.
If you pay at a convenience store, an additional fee will be charged.
If you use convenience store payment, the payment deadline is "the date of your order" plus "within one day".
Please note that if your ticket expires, it will be automatically cancelled by the system.

・Convenience store payment fee
29,999 yen or less: 275 yen (tax included) / 30,000 yen or more: 440 yen (tax included)

・Venue pick-up fee
A venue pickup fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
This will be added to the handling fee when you place your order.

*This item cannot be purchased together with any other items other than those available for pickup at the venue.

[Regarding reception]

●To use this service, you must register for Aimyon's official fan club, "AIM."
If you are already registered, please log in with your registered Plus member ID or membership number on "AIM" and proceed to the ordering process.
Those who join now (and have already paid) can also purchase tickets.

●You can pick up your order within the designated pick-up time. You cannot pick up your order at a different time.
Pick-up at the venue will be limited to the person who placed the order.
Please come early to collect your parcel as it may be busy near the end of collection hours.
If you are unable to collect your item at the specified time, it will be handled after the performance.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time to deliver your order or we may not be able to deliver it to you.

* Pick-up times are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You will not be able to select a time slot once the maximum number of slots has been reached.
However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.

●The reception slot has not yet been reserved at the time when you add the product to your cart or select the performance date and time for collection.
Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may be sold out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.

●Cancellations or changes to size, etc. cannot be made after an order has been placed.
In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.

Once your order is complete, you cannot change the collection time. Please be careful when selecting your collection time.

Please bring your MY QR code and the ticket for the performance you have applied for at the pick-up counter at the venue.

Please note that if the ticket cannot be confirmed, the product cannot be delivered.

If you are unable to receive your item at the venue

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, it will be delivered at a later date to the address you provided when placing your order.

●Product shipping date: Items will be shipped within one month of each performance date. Please note that it may take some time for the items to be shipped.
*We do not guarantee that items will be shipped before another performance. We cannot answer inquiries regarding individual delivery times.

●Shipping address: The "shipping address" registered when ordering

If shipping is required, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately.
We will send the item to you cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please receive the item after making payment.
Shipping fee 880 yen + handling fee 550 yen [Total 1,430 yen]
*For Okinawa and remote islands, shipping fee is 1,980 yen + handling fee 550 yen [total 2,530 yen]

●Cancellations are not accepted.

●Only available to customers who are registered with Aimyon's official fan club "AIM".

*Available only to those with tickets for the performance you have applied for.
Please note that if we are unable to confirm your ticket on the day, we will be unable to collect it.

●To use this service, you must register for a "Plus member ID."
If you already have a Plus member ID, please log in and proceed to order.
If you are not yet a registered member, please register here before placing your order.

●You can pick up your order within the designated pick-up time. You cannot pick up your order at a different time.

●Each performance and time slot will have limited capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will not be able to select a time slot once the capacity has been reached.
However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.

●The reception slot has not yet been reserved at the time when you add the product to your cart or select the performance date and time for collection.
Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may be sold out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.

●Only the person who placed the order can pick up the item at the venue.
Please note that we may ask you to provide identification documents.

●Cancellations or changes to size, color, etc. cannot be made after an order has been placed.

●Each person may only order one item for pickup at the venue per performance.

Regarding product receipt

Please have your MY QR code ready and present it at the designated counter at the venue during the performance date and collection time you selected when applying to receive your product.

●Please check the location of the pick-up counter at the venue on the day.
In order to avoid overcrowding, please be sure to come to the pick-up counter at the designated time.
(Please follow the instructions of the guide.)

●It may be busy near the end of collection hours, so please come and collect your parcel early.
If you are unable to collect your item at the specified time, it will be handled after the performance.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time to deliver your order or we may not be able to deliver it to you.

●After receiving the product at the venue, please check that there are no defects with the product.

Please keep your order number handy.
If you are unable to display MY QR Code due to poor signal quality on your device, we will ask you for your order number.

●This site is not compatible with feature phone devices.
If you do not have a smartphone or tablet, please provide your order number and Plus member ID when you pick up your order on the day.

●Please note that shopping bags etc. will not be provided.

If you are unable to receive your item at the venue

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, it will be delivered at a later date to the address you provided when placing your order.

●Scheduled product shipping date: Products will be shipped sequentially within one month of each performance date.
*Please note that it may take some time for your order to be shipped.
Please note that we do not guarantee that tickets will be shipped before another performance. We are unable to answer inquiries regarding individual delivery times.

●Shipping address: The "non-delivery/delivery address" registered when placing your order

If shipping is required, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately.
We will send the item to you cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please receive the item after making payment.
Shipping fee 880 yen + handling fee 550 yen [Total 1,430 yen]
