●You can pick up your order within the designated pick-up time. You cannot pick up your order at a different time.

●Each performance and time slot will have limited capacity on a first-come, first-served basis.
You will not be able to select a time slot once the capacity has been reached.
However, if a cancellation occurs, you may be able to select a time slot that was previously closed.

●The reception slot has not yet been reserved at the time when you add the product to your cart or select the performance date and time for collection.
Please note that until your order is confirmed, the product may be sold out or the acceptance slots may be closed during the process.

●Only the person who placed the order can pick up the item at the venue.
Please note that we may ask you to provide identification documents.

●Cancellations or changes to size, color, etc. cannot be made after an order has been placed.

●Each person may only order one item for pickup at the venue per performance.

●Please check the location of the pick-up counter at the venue on the day.
In order to avoid overcrowding, please be sure to come to the pick-up counter at the designated time.

●It may be busy near the end of collection hours, so please come and collect your parcel early.
If you are unable to collect your item at the specified time, it will be handled after the performance.
Please note that depending on the situation, it may take some time to deliver your order or we may not be able to deliver it to you.

●After receiving the product at the venue, please check that there are no defects with the product.

Please keep your order number handy.
If you are unable to display MY QR Code due to poor signal quality on your device, we will ask you for your order number.

●This site is not compatible with feature phone devices.
If you do not have a smartphone or tablet, please provide your order number and Plus member ID when you pick up your order on the day.

●Please note that shopping bags etc. will not be provided.

If you do not collect your item on the selected collection date, it will be delivered at a later date to the address you provided when placing your order.

●Scheduled product shipping date: Products will be shipped sequentially within one month of each performance date.

●Shipping address: The "non-delivery/delivery address" registered when placing your order

If shipping is required, shipping and handling fees will be charged separately.
We will send the item to you cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please receive the item after making payment.

●Cancellations and delivery to another venue will not be accepted.

●If you place multiple orders, we cannot ship the items together as a single order even if they have not been received.
Shipping and handling fees will be charged for each order.

●In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled or postponed, cancellations will not be accepted.
In that case, we will deliver the product at a later date to the address you registered when placing your order.
In this case, just as if you were not able to pick up the item at the venue, we will send the item to you by cash on delivery, covering the shipping and handling fees, so please pay and collect the item.
